Find Genly in the Weapon Smith shop in the area of The Way Inn.

You say 'platinum studded boots'
Genly says 'That is what I can make from the Platinum Orb.'
Genly says 'The process is simple. I will tell you how'
Genly says 'Acquire the following items:'
Genly says 'A pair of spiked brigandine boots'
Genly says 'the gem of power'
Genly says 'and your Platinum Orb'
Genly says 'Bring them here, and say to me make the boots'
Genly says 'And I'll try my best.'
Genly says 'Though be warned: there is a chance I will destroy everything.'
Genly says 'It is the risk of meddling with such power.'

You say 'make the boots'
Genly says 'That is everything I need.'
Genly gestures for you to drop everything.
You do as he asks.
You drop a Platinum Orb.
You drop A pair of spiked brigandine boots.
You drop the gem of power.
Genly gets a Platinum Orb.
Genly gets A pair of spiked brigandine boots.
Genly gets the gem of power.
Genly takes the spiked boots and places them on his anvil.
Genly grabs a small hammer and begins beating down the spikes.
One by one, until each spike becomes a large stud.
With a hot shaping tool, Genly takes the largest stud and works at it.
Slowly but surely opening it up into a deep socket.
Genly drops the gem of power into the socket.
And with the other hand, he pushes the Platinum Orb inside.
Finally, Genly grabs his largest mallet and lifts it into the air.
With a forceful swing, Genly drives the Orb and gem into the boot.
Sparks shoot out violently into the air!
Magic smoke fills the room as twinkles of arcane power glimmer throughout.
And when the smoke and light clears,
A pair of Platinum Studded Boots sit upon the anvil gleaming.
Genly says 'Haha it worked!'
Genly says 'With the power of the gem, both boots are plated in the platinum aura.'
Genly says 'Both boots now have the power of one!'

You give the gem of power to Isaac.
Isaac takes the gem eagerly.
Isaac says 'Excellent.'
Isaac says 'Now give me a power of the realms!'

You give the power of the Realms to Isaac.
Isaac says 'Watch this!'
Isaac takes the power of the Realms and secures it firmly in his vice.
With strange gnomish tools, Isaac begins scraping and poking at the power...
The radiant aura of it begins to pulse and flicker.
Taking the gem of power in his free hand, Isaac lifts it into the air.
With a foil-like material wrapped about the Realms, Isaac strikes it with the the gem!
Blue sparks light up the room!
Leaving behind a strange glowing lump of stone.
Isaac says 'Hehe, now check this out!'
With the lump still firmly secured in the vice, Isaac grabs more strange tools.
Using the gnomish tools, Isaac begins to scrape, prod and poke at the lump.
In one hand is a thin metallic foil, which Isaac wraps about the lump.
The color changes from glowing blue to a faint white shine.
Then Isaac grabs the second gem of power and lifts it into the air.
With an even firmer strike, Isaac brings it down upon the lump.
Arcane smoke bellows from the lump as if it were ablaze!
Isaac wave his arms about, pushing the smoke from his face.
Isaac coughs loudly.
Eventually, the smoke clears.
Leaving behind a beautiful white orb before which did not exist.
Isaac says 'The platinum foil gives it the image of a precious metal.'
Isaac says 'But only you know the truth: it is more valuable than measly platinum!'

Kill Nemphre in 'An Abandoned Tavern' to claim your prize, the Necromancer's hood.

Crafting the Divine Warhammer

Gather together the following items:

Luminus (Possible reward from CKC run)
A Book entitled "A Dialogue on the Orbos of the Heavens -1-" (Found in the Blackstaff Library)
The Resurrection of Life (Potion from Resurrector in the sky above Chessboard)
an Old Moss Covered Warhammer (From the cadaver in Darrowmere, blind it to get the warhammer)
a chunk of coal (from the dwarven mines)

Travel to the Titan Village and find the armor shop, go down, then west to Draomar and say:
Draomar the blacksmith says 'Man that mace you carry reminds me of an idea I had for a weapon....'
Draomar the blacksmith says 'If only I had someone to help me craft it.'
You say [OOC] 'help'
Draomar the blacksmith says 'You would be willing to help me?'
Draomar the blacksmith says 'If successfull... Creating this weapon would be the pinnacle of my career as a weaponsmith.'
Draomar the blacksmith says 'Keep in mind there is always the distinct possibility that I may fail.'
Draomar the blacksmith says 'Are you prepared for that risk?'
You say [OOC] 'prepared'
Draomar the blacksmith says 'Excellent! Then we will be needing a few supplies before we begin.'
Draomar the blacksmith says 'I will need the items on this list and that holy mace you carry now.'
Draomar the blacksmith says 'Come back and give me the list when you are ready.'

And if it fails, this is what happens (and you lose ALL the ingredients):

You give Luminus to Draomar the blacksmith.
Draomar the blacksmith says 'Excellent now I have everything I need.'
Draomar the blacksmith takes the coal and places it in the forge carefully.
Draomar the blacksmith Finds the page in the book he needs and leaves it open on his workbench.
Draomar the blacksmith moves over to the bellows and pumps them untill the coal catches and glows red.
Draomar the blacksmith takes the Luminus and places it in the coals inside of a cauldron.
The luminus melts into molten metal in the cauldron.
Draomar the blacksmith takes the cauldron out of the forge and pours the metal into a mold
The metal cools into a long thin plate.
Draomar the blacksmith takes the metal out of the mold using his heavy leather gloves.
Draomar the blacksmith takes the warhammer and places it in the forge long enough to burn off the moss and soften the metal.
Draomar the blacksmith removes the warhammer with his tongs and begins to hammer the old weapon smooth again.
Draomar the blacksmith dips the warhammer in a barrel of brine and sets it aside.
Draomar the blacksmith pulls the sheet of metal from the melted Luminus and begins to hammer it into a thin sheet.
Draomar the blacksmith grabs the newly shaped warhammer and places it in the center of the sheet of metal.
Draomar the blacksmith bends the metal up over the warhammer and begins to pound it onto the head of the hammer.
Draomar the blacksmith puts the head of the hammer into the forge and heats it back up to red hot.
The new metal on the warhammer's head smooths out and conforms to the head of the hammer.
Draomar the blacksmith pulls the warhammer from the coals and dips it once more in the brine.
Draomar the blacksmith lays the hammer back on his work bench and steps back.
Draomar the blacksmith wipes the sweat from his brow with his sleeve.
Draomar the blacksmith says 'Now comes the part where you pray for luck.'
Draomar the blacksmith uncorcs the potion of Ressurection of Life and pours it over the head of the hammer.
The warhammer begins to vibrate against the table violently.
The head of the hammer begins to glow red hot and melts into a liquid puddle consuming the book with it.
Draomar the blacksmith says 'Its going to take me ages to clean that up!'
Draomar the blacksmith sighs.
Draomar the blacksmith says 'Oh well... maybe next time!'

Crafting the Hopebringer

Required components:

an arrow from the bow of Eros
a warhammer forged of dark mithril
a dagger made from the alloys of the RoK
a pandora stone

The arrow is in Stonebow dale. It's a secret, so once you find it write it down if you have memory issues. Take the arrow to Hephaestus in Olympus and give it to him. He'll spout the following:

Hephaestus looks up from his distractions.
Hephaestus says 'This arrow, it is of my own devising.'
Hephaestus says 'I forged this one among many others for Eros'
Hephaestus says 'To bring love to those whose path it would otherwise not cross.'
Hephaestus says 'Yet even love is such a trifle in a world with so little hope.'
Hephaestus tosses the arrow into a pile of forgotten things.
Hephaestus then turns to you again and smiles.
Hephaestus says 'Thank you for the brief moment of rememberance.'
Hephaestus says 'Before the Olympic gods fell from favor, I was quite a skilled metalworker.'
Hephaestus says 'Some of the craft still remains, fleeting in power but it is there.'
Hephaestus says 'If you would like, there is a weapon I could make for you...'
Hephaestus says 'It is called Hopebringer, and may help a friend in need if you so desire.'
Hephaestus says 'Bring me the following and I will forge Hopebringer for you:'
Hephaestus says 'A dagger made from the alloys of the RoK,'
Hephaestus says 'A warhammer forged of the dark mithril,'
Hephaestus says 'And a pandora stone, to bind hope to the forged.'
Hephaestus says 'I will be waiting.'
Hephaestus returns to his myriad of golden maidens.

As a female character, go to the rooms above the throne of Olympus and north (you won't be able to as a male) and open the box (Pandora's box) to release the demons Sorrow, Vice, Misfortune and Disease. Hunt down and kill them all until you get the pandora stone. Once you have the stone, take it, the dagger, and the warhammer back to Hephaestus and he'll craft the hopebringer for you. Hopebringer is a leveler mace with the negating flag and can be very handy for leveler pk.

Cloak of the Elvenkind (Tchazzar)

Find Liruthel Fhyrdym in a hidden cave north of Ardeep Forest, up twice from the main level of the area.
Give her the ingredients and say "finished" to receive the Iridescent Cloak of the Elvenkind.

Take all 5 scales and 500 gold to the smith in the Sworddancer's Realm, Georn. Give him all 5 scales and say 'done'.
Then give him the 500 gold and he'll give you back the hero armor, A Suit of Prismatic Dragon scalemail.

Find the Elemental golem in the hidden room in the Elemental Canyon and say 'bind the whips'. The golem will ask you for the items and create the whip:

You say 'bind the whips'
The elemental golem Motions for you to hand over the items.
You give a Crystal Ice Whip of Enlightenment to The elemental golem.
You give a Sharded Fire Whip of Shadow Images to The elemental golem.
You give a Winged Whip of Pixie Mischief to The elemental golem.
You give a Stone Poison Whip of Watching to The elemental golem.
You give a Spool of Binding Wire to The elemental golem.
You give a yellow zircon to The elemental golem.
You give (Crackling) a Weave Wrap to The elemental golem.
The elemental golem strightens the whips and lays them out on the floor side by side.
The elemental golem holds the Weave wrap out in front of him and the fibers unweave themselves in front of your eyes.
The elemental golem pulls the fibers of the weave out straight and lays them next to the Whips.
The elemental golem lays the yellow zircon at the end next to the handles of the whips.
The elemental golem stands back from the whips and begins to chant in a long forgotten language
The whips float into the air and begin to weave themselves together with the strands of the weave.
The zircon floats up to the end of the newly formed whip and touches the end of the handle.
The binding wire unwinds from the spool and weaves itself into the new handle binding the zircon tightly to the end.
The whip blazes with a flash of blinding light as the golem's chanting increases in volume.
When your vision clears the golem stands in front of you with the newly formed whip laying accross its hands.
The elemental golem says 'It is done mortal, and here is your prize'

Take the components to Guericke under the church in Longsaddle. With the components in your inventory, say 'reform the gem' and he will take the components, make the gem, and give it to you.

Curing the Axe of the Nine Hells

Required Components:

bandit boots (quest reward from new thalos area quest)
firebrand (candlekeep catacombs run)
a pile of red dragon scales (tchazzar run)
ultima weapon (northern crater, ultimate weapon)
shield of protection (quest reward from quija)
uncured axe of the nine hells

Kill Gillentalis the Great Wyrm in Forest of Destruction. You can solo this mob with patience and healing scrolls/mass heal potions. Bring the ingredients to the far east side of Menzobaranzen and say "ready". The axe will be cured but a goblin will steal it before you can get it. Enter Narbondel, the light at the center of Menzobaranzen and find an up exit in the middle of a block of six rooms. Kill the goblin to claim your axe.

Curing the Cap of the Conductor (Ghost Cap)

Required Components:

chastity belt (forest of destruction, carnilla the slut)
human skull helm (forest of destruction tower, the demon knight of chaos)
forelimb claws of the tarrasque (4 diamond dungeon)
decanter of endless water (quest reward from quija)
light of power (quest request from quija)
uncured cap from Ghost Train

Enter the Ghost Train in Zozo with a healer and at least one merc. Bring faerie/pixie wings for everyone on the run!! You will need fly to complete the run and not get stuck, but you can't cast it. After killing the train, take the cap and the rest of the ingredients to Stonebow Dale blacksmith. Give him all the items and say 'ready'. He'll 'cure' the cap.

NOTE: the uncured cap is rot_death and the rot timer starts as soon as the train dies. Prepare the required ingredients ahead of time and immediately relocate to Stonebow Dale and cure the cap to avoid losing it.

uncured cape of the conductor (ghost cape)

Enter the Ghost Train in Zozo with a healer and at least one merc. Bring faerie/pixie wings for everyone on the run!! You will need fly to complete the run and not get stuck, but you can't cast it. After killing the train, take the cape and the rest of the ingredients 14w3nwn7wn2w2n2w5s4w9s of Westbridge Market Square. Wear the cape, move west, say "ingredients" and follow the instructions.

a flickering dragonscale helm (darrowmere, five headed dragon)

Using a Priest and a Mercenary, find Lord Morrolan in Castle Black. Attack him and he will summon a fire wyrm to assist him. Get the two items the wyrm drops and a death lily from the gardens in the south of the area. Make the leggings within Castle Black. Bring the ingredients 2n2eu of New Thalos local recall. Give the items to the receptionist and kiss her. She will give you the cured leggings.
